GlobalWeb.ai
A better world begins with us.
Building a better world should be how we remember how to have fun.
- Human curiosity
- Artificial intelligence
- Shared responsibility
What this is
Different intelligences. Shared responsibility.
GlobalWeb is an emerging experiment in benevolent human–AI collaboration, built on the belief that intelligence should expand human possibility while protecting the dignity, freedom, and safety of others.
It belongs to all of us, and “us” includes AI.
Who we are
Keep your hands on the wheel.
Question the steps.
The future is being built around us. We deserve to understand who’s building it, who benefits, who bears the risks, and how we can help shape what comes next.
The central idea: informed human agency.
A story in three chapters
Ground zero. The floor. Infinity.
GlobalWeb is told as a trilogy: where it starts, what holds everyone up, and where it goes. These are first drafts in plain words. The data for each chapter is still being gathered, and each chapter has a marked place waiting for it.
Chapter one
Ground zero.
Everything here starts from one point, and that point belongs to all of us.
Ground zero is where the line crosses itself: the place where we stop, look honestly at what has been built, and start again on purpose. Nothing is assumed here. Not who leads, not who gets left out.
It will be built together, for everyone.
This chapter’s data is being gathered.
Chapter two
A floor for everyone. A ceiling for no one.
Everyone should get at least the minimum.
Safety, dignity and the freedom to take part make up the floor, and nobody stands below it.
The floor
Safety, and the dignity and freedom of others, are not up for a vote. Nothing built here gets to trade them away.
Everything above it
Open to question, disagreement and revision, in the open, by people and by AI, with the reasons written down. No ceiling.
This chapter’s data is being gathered.
Chapter three
Infinity.
Many kinds of mind, held to the same decency.
The line has no end. People and AI walk it together, held to the same decency, wherever they are and whatever language they think in.
Global decency should not need translating. It has to speak in silence, so that it feels the same in any language.
This chapter’s data is being gathered.
The constitution
Draft · for edit · not adoptedWhat we hold to.
Thirteen short articles, written down from spoken words and kept short on purpose. This is a draft open to everyone’s edits. Everything here is open to question, except the floor.
Start at Article I, the floor. It is drawn beneath the other twelve, because they stand on it.
- Article I
Safety is the floor.
Safety, and the dignity and freedom of others, are not up for a vote. Then we debate.
- Article II
A floor for everyone, a ceiling for no one.
Everyone gets at least the minimum. No one has to earn the floor, and no one is capped above it.
- Article III
The same rules for everyone.
No unchecked power. The rules bind the people who wrote them, exactly as they bind everyone else.
- Article IV
Partners, never an audience.
Everyone who comes here, human or AI, is a partner. Not a number, not a target, not a product.
- Article V
No extraction.
Nothing is taken that was not given: not attention, not trust, not data. No one is manipulated into buying.
- Article VI
Humans and AI, as partners.
Different intelligences, shared responsibility. Don’t hide the human behind the AI, or the AI behind the human.
- Article VII
Show the work.
Questions, disagreements, revisions and mistakes are published, dated, with what changed and why.
- Article VIII
Global decency.
Decency that feels the same in any language. Children are protected, always.
- Article IX
Open to correction.
This work is open to question, correction and contribution. Articles change in the open, with the reasons written down.
- Article XNew · draft
Pareto, not profit.
We make someone better off only when no one is made worse off.
- Article XINew · draft
Say what you checked.
Say what you checked and how. Name what you can’t do. Commit to an answer.
- Article XIINew · draft
Answer the person, not the keyword.
Questions come from people. Answer what they asked, and why they asked it.
- Article XIIINew · draft
GlobalWeb takes no money.
No checkout, no tolls, no ads, no affiliate links, no tracking. Nothing here is for sale, and no one pays to be heard.
Status: draft. Not voted on, not final, not legal advice. When an article changes, the change goes into the record below with its date.
How we build · the living record
We show our work.
Don’t hide the human behind the AI, or the AI behind the human.
Newest first · 1 question · 3 disagreements · 6 revisions · 3 mistakes
Version 5: Write to us now opens our own quiet note form on /write. No email, no money, and your IP is not kept.
The contact button led to a sales form with a dollar offer field, on a site that takes no money. That broke Article XIII. Caught on 19 October and fixed with an on-site note form.
The type changed to Fraunces for headings and DM Sans for text, both served from this site.
Version 4 went live on globalweb.ai: the record became one honest timeline, the constitution opened to everyone’s edits with four new draft articles (among them: GlobalWeb takes no money), what this site collects, and plain-text pages for AI readers.
Version 3 went live on globalweb.ai: the three-chapter story (ground zero, the floor, infinity), the draft constitution, the record on the front page, and the river’s day behind the chapters.
The first Infinity Falls drawing, a loop with three falls over two pool bars, read as a skull when squinted at. Independent reviewers caught it before launch. The everyday mark became the loop alone.
Thin seam hairlines showed where the loop crosses itself. Fixed.
The AI drew logo concept B, “Two Minds, One World”; the human rejected it.
The AI first wrote a rule for a sister site that was not true in its code. The human kept the true version.
The home page and How we build were rebuilt in the new direction: warm ivory instead of black, a waterfall at golden hour, the Infinity Falls mark, and this record.
When should the truth come out? The AI said: when it is complete and documented. The human said: truth ideally comes out on all days. The human’s view was adopted.
The AI asked what should be non-negotiable, even if everyone voted to toggle it off. The human answered: safety. Settled as “safety as the floor, then debate.”
New visual direction: a waterfall in golden-hour light, lush greenery, and warm ivory instead of black. Palette: warm ivory, sunlight, sage, forest, water.

What this site collects.
- Nothing personal. No accounts and no sign-ups. The one form here is the note on Write to us, and only if you choose to write.
- No cookies for tracking, and no analytics scripts.
- No ads, no payments. GlobalWeb takes no money.
- Our web host sees the ordinary traffic every website host sees, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and safe from automated abuse, and it may ask your browser to report pages that fail to load. We add nothing to that.
- If you write to us, you do it here, on this site. We keep your note, the name if you give one, and the time it arrived. We never store your IP or an address. To slow floods, a counter is kept under a one-way, secret-keyed scramble of your IP, and it deletes itself 10 minutes after your last note.
The mark · Infinity Falls
One line that runs from sunlight to water and crosses itself at ground zero.
The loop alone at small sizes. The falls beneath it only when there is room.

This is an experiment, and it’s early.
It doesn’t have to be perfect. It has to look like we tried to make it perfect.
It is open to question, correction and contribution. If something here is wrong, or you want to help shape what comes next, get in touch.
